Software Requirements:
- Web access and a valid email address is required to activate the software (if you need redirect service)

This product requires computer professional with sufficient network and video skills to install.
Note:
1. WCSP104 performs the best when connected with 4 same types of cameras on all channels.
The cameras connected to the same WCSP104 capture card must be NTSC or PAL format at the same time.
WCSP104 doesn't support mixed cameras (IR, color, B&W, and wireless cameras)
2. If the computer is behind a firewall or sharing the same IP address with a
router, please make sure your networking hardware supports virtual server or
IP forwarding and you know how to configure it. The networking features of
WCSP104 follows
TCP/IP standards and are very easy to setup. Webcam Corp. provides limited
instructions for some routers in support pages. However, it is your sole
responsibility to configure the networking environments properly in order to
make the networking features work. WCSP104 is just like telephones. You can't dial out
or receive phone calls without proper service ready even your telephone is
working ok. It is your sole responsibility to have proper wiring and phone
service ready in order to receive or initiate a phone call.
3. The actual frame rate depends on the computer speed and various factors including the speed
of the network and computer.
4. Do not mix with other models of video capture card on the same
computer. E.g. you cannot put WCSA400 and WCSP104 on the same
computer.
5. To fast forward video, Windows Media Player 9 and XP is required.
6. WCSP104 has slower response (including user interface, time to start/stop recording,
frame rate, ...etc.) comparing to WCSA400/WCSA440C. It is recommended
you use WCSA400 /WCSA440C if you need motion detection.
Motion detection may not be appropriately for areas where the scenes constantly change.
7. WCSP104 does not work on a PCI Express slot. WCSP104 doesn't support Windows XP Professional x64 Edition.
8. At least 2 cameras must be connected to WCSP104. WCSP104 performs better when 4 cameras are connected to the card.
9.
Please make sure you have enough system resources if you need to run WCSP104
with other applications. WCSP104 has to process large amount of data in real time.
The result is unpredictable if you run WCSP104 with other applications (e.g. graphics
intensive games) that lock up CPU or other system resources.
