1. How do I configure FTP?
- Hostname
Enter IP address or the hostname, such as ftp.server.com
- FTP port
Default FTP port is 21. If your ftp server uses different port,
type in your port number.
- User ID
- Password
Please make sure you type in the correct User ID and password.
- Path
When you connect to the server, the server puts you into
/username or special directory automatically. If you wish to
upload the image to the default folder i.e. /username, simply leave the Path blank.
If you have created a folder called webcam, you can type in webcam to
upload the image to the folder.
- Click FTP to start uploading the image

2. How do I check if my FTP setting is correct?
If FTP uploading fail, please make sure you have typed in the
correct hostname, User ID, password, URL and path. You can also use
other FTP program to test if you can upload file to the server.
If you are behind firewall, you may fail to upload file.
