Windows based on the recommended system settings.

1. AntiVirus software

It is not recommended that you turn on antivirus software while running NetCamCenter.
If the computer has Norton Internet Security installed, you may want to
turn off Internet Security when running NetCamCenter.
2. Remote control software
Remote control software such as VNC may consume CPU resources. You may wish to
turn it off while running NetCamCenter.
3. I see black screen on a video window.
Please check the video source first. For example, you may wish to connect the
video signal to a TV and make sure the video source is OK.
4. I start NetCamCenter and see white video window. What should I do?
There are several reasons you see white video window.
- If you installed multiple WCSA400 cards, please make sure that the jumper settings of
each card are different. You can check the card's LED number.
If you see same number, please adjust the jumper.
- Make sure that the same video channel is not opened twice. For example, if there are 2 Watchdog0 video windows, close the white one.
- Close one or some of the video windows, open the one you have problem with. If you can see video, probably because lack of video memory.
- If you have previously installed other video capture cards, make sure you have
totally removed the driver info before installing WCSA400.
